Ive just read all the posts and i dont get it. Im completly flabbagasped. The first thing i thought was a slit aswell but then you wouldnt be able to examine it. This will keep me up all night. Dont put anymore tricks up either because i dont like staying up all night thinking i get tired lol :) .

Thanks for the great post lindz :D

I have posted the methods in the restricted area of my forums, which you can gain access to by signing up and sending me a PM here of your username there.

I should have some more effects coming soon, including a signed label through borrowed bottle, and back again, which I have posted the basic concept for on my forums. I'm still trying to develop the method though.

Thanks again,
mooch.

I would love to learn how this is done so I can do this trick to entertain my sick Grandpa. He would get a kick out of it...

Sign me up if you ever release this info,

Thanks,

That is a cool trick! Just wondering the person keep the bottle after words or do you need to keep it?
You should market that!

Wow, this seems too good to be true!

I'm really interested in coin-in-bottle effects at the moment. I've got my hands on a few already, including Passing Thru and Abyss.

All have their pro's and cons, but what I really want is to be able to do is put an ungimmicked coin into a bottle which could then be freely examined. A glass bottle would be better than a plastic one, and a signed coin even better still.

Until now I thought this was impossible, but it looks like you've cracked it. I would love to know how!

I've registered on your forum btw...

Maybe I am missing something but the effect as I see it performed can be explained quite naturally. You can also do the effect with a signed coin (provided you sign it!), and the coin stuck in the bottle neck has the same signature. :D

OK you will claim this is not how you did it! Please prove it and take of the cap of the top of the bottle and prove to us that the bottleneck is empty in the first place! Then go one to demonstrate how the signed coin penetrates the bottle.

Please do not overclaim! What you show leave three posibilities:

a) Your claim about the signature is correct, but we do not see the full effect you have in mind.

b) Your claim about the signature is correct, but you can improve the presentation on You Tube by showing that nothing is hidden in the bottleneck in advance.

c) You claim about the signature is an overclaim (though strictly speaking all you say is that the coin can be signed, not that it is signed by the spectator!)

Magic is slight of mind!

It can be signed by the spectator, but I'd like to leave this for now. You can still register on the forums, PM me and I'll let you view the method, but I don't really want to discuss this effect here any more.

Thanks for all the comments though, I really appreciate the support.
