Hi all

I'm Steve Marvell from North Devon in the UK, I'm having fun with the art of close up magic.

I prefer impromptu stuff to set ups, but mix them generally. I also like to throw in the odd mentalism trick, but I need to practice those a bit more. I'm finding I get one number or suit out, but that's getawaywithable.

My skill level is roughly at: I can classic pass the deck without my girlfriend seeing ten times in a row, even though she knows what's going on. Roughly.

Anyways

I hope to learn and contribute.

QUESTION:
If we can sue McDonalds for making us fat and cigarette companies for giving us cancer; why can't we sue Smirnoff for all the ugly gits we've sh*gged ??

Thanks for the welcome chaps. What's the magic scene like in Iceland? I suspect it's much like the scene in Lapland, home of Santa Claus :)

There are a few of us here in Iceland that enjoy making magic, but I'm sorry, I don't know much about Lapland, except it's not a real country, but I do know where the real Santa Claus comes from :D

Isn't Lapland that club in Leeds with all the... er... dancers?
