Has anyone used the Micro 5. I am going to try some PK magic and was wondering if it is worth the hefty pricetag.

If you want to "freak" people out with things moving about, then I'd recommend Loops and or "Who's Afraid of IT" (video with gimmicks).
The PK Item[edited by Mods] are limited to certain types of object and shimming objects is not always easy.

Micro 5

Postby Magicman99 » Nov 23rd, '03, 22:45

I was just wondering if you could buy the The PK Item[edited by Mods] by itself and make your own M5? :?:

You can pretty much buy them as long as you know the dimensions you want, although I believe the M5 itself comes with numerous routines.

There have been various threads on this topic already, so you may wish to search for the word in question. Actually you may like to search also for SSUD. Trust me.

The Micro 5 has been superceded by the Pro PK Kit.

They comprises of identical props. The main difference is that the pro pk kit doesn't come with as many routines, however, once you have the principle, you should have know trouble with coming up with your own!

The M5

Postby Hornet177 » Nov 24th, '04, 10:52

Ok, Right, You cannot make ur own Micro 5, its just impossible for what it is. I aint gonna say wat it is, beacuse it sorta ruins it, but i can tell you the M5 is worth the price tag, you get loads of gimmicks with it and you cant go wrong, but i will say this, get a leather jacket, it works so much better, but the reaction you get from people is pretty good, but make sure distraction is good enough to allow you to reset the M5, that is if you dont have a leather jacket, u will understand what i mean, if you have it or know what it is, and its nothing like a Raven in case ur thinking, its basically a massive upgrade from it, you can do all that the raven can do plus a lot more, its. People begin to think about whats just happened, so quickly walk away if you can or start a card trick, never do the same thing twice.. EVER!

This must be some sort of record - over 3 years since the original message and 12 months to the day since the last one!

You can make a Micro 5 very easily for about $30.

The whole product is a paradox: the concept existed before it was marketed as an M5; the exact nature of the device is not a secret and even the manufacturers brag about what it really is in adverts; therefore the high price tag is not for the purchase of the secret; yet people tend not to discuss it openly, so others just carry on forking out the $50-$100.

I can write pages about it and its effects, so ask me if you have any questions.

I mentioned it here not long ago:

So as not to break any rules, PM me for technical details and ask me on the forum about more general things. As these messages are archived for years I'll leave this as an open invitation for the search engine to find.

The M5 is not the strongest (and most long-ranged) there is around a little research and net surfing would show you what i mean and it even costs less. In any case the effects it can do is a stunner given the right presentation. If used with loops for a whole pk routine you can be mistaken for a demi-god
