I'm just going to stick with Lawrence Turner when i start getting more serious. sticking with your regular name is enough i think, although it depends what you're going into. if you're doing kids stuff get a name like Bobbo or something, but that wouldn't work so well for a corporate magician. imagine it "Freddywinkle, corporate magician, excuse the big tie and green hair for now please, i can be serious...."

The next flyer is looking nice. it's reading

Lawrence Turner
"A man who does magic" - Paul Daniels

with a nice picture

Where does the 'ini' come from at the end of so many magicians names, it seems all you have to do is stick ini on anything and it becomes magical.

I personally liked your own suggestion 'Onion Ring' with his saucey assistant BBQ

Actually it started as just adding an -i. It means simliar to, just like adding a -y to something, even prounounced the same (catty, spongy, etc.).

Houdini used it, for example, to honor his (at the time) hero Jean Eugène Robert-Houdin.

Houdin.... Houdin-y...... Houdiny....... Houdin-i........ Houdini
