You can get it from H&R Magic Books. Well, you could, but it's out of stock.

well...its usually out of print or stock isnt it...but...if its a treatise on equivoque you are after i'll recommend a book that gives you that, and far far more...

lewis jones encylopedia of forces (from alakazam.co.uk), which covers equivoque, just about every type of force you would ever need, as well as other very sneaky and useful resources...imagine an explosion inside annemanns 202 ways of forcing...fantastic book...

but, H&R magic books might be able to find you a copy of Mr. Maven's if you contact them? http://www.magicbookshop.com/

EDIT: snap tomo..

It's the complete package I'm after. I have 202, it's lovely. Lewis Jones's is a bit too expensive for me.

Yup. It's well worth the extra dosh for Jones' book even if you have 202. 500 forces including 19 equivocation forces including pateo, which is nice, and some lovely but frankly scary-to-perform psychological ones.

Cheaper than going down the pub 3 or 4 times...

But of course! Cheap at treble the price! It'll make you rich, irresistible and will even cure athlete's foot and male pattern baldness, not to mention assisting at lambing time and cooking the perfect donner kebab!
