Morning all!

Seeing as it's friday and i've not got much on I thought I'd try and get to REALLY know you all a bit better

So, here goes.. post 10 obscure/odd facts about yourself, let's see what a bunch of weirdo's we've got on here!!

Here's mine

1] All the notes in my wallet have to face the same way
2] I once wee'd up the actor Bill Murray's leg
3] I've had 2 operations in my life, to re build my hand and to remove my tonsils
4] My grandad was friends with Tommy Cooper
5] Until my son was born I was the only left handed, blue eyed member of my family ( milkman?)
6] I hate dogs
7] The actor Clive Owen's dad was my school caretaker
8] I can't turn a CD player off if it's on track 13
9] I ran away from home when I was 12, but only made it as far as the garage. The police found me.
10] I got so drunk on whiskey when I was 17 that even now the smell of it makes me sick

Ohhh - well, I have no claims to fame, but plenty of oddities that I can share:

1 - I had a sister, who is now my brother
2 - I have almost drowned 3 times during my life
3 - I sometimes go out in public, dressed as an Imperial Stormtrooper (Star Wars)
4 - I can touch the tip of my nose with my tongue
5 - I have 2 webbed toes on each foot (and 3 normal ones, before anyone asks!)
6 - I so enthused my Dad about magic, when I was 12, that he became a pro
7 - A qualified nurse...and I married one of my patients
8 - I almost completely dismantled my parents television at the age of 4
9 - As a youngster, I would see and hear 'dead' people
10 - I always pass out during any dental work

quite a good idea, though I've no idea if I can get to 10.... I'll give it a try

1) In my adult life I've only dated people from another continent
2) I've won a silver medal in a national championships last year
3) Foolishly 2 weeks ago I started training for a marathon in Octobr having not done any running beyond a 10k which was 5 years ago
4) I have to know the time
5) I walked out on a job out of spite to leave my then manager in schtuck because they deserved it.
6) On the school theme I went to same school as the inventor of the Harrier Jump Jet
7) I used to live in South East Asia
8 ) I used to be a football steward and chased down a streaker (thankfully female)
9) i can only drink about 4 pints before being hammered, 6 and I'm anybodys'
10) I did a degree in math and would struggle now on how to do basic stuff

1) I once shared a lift with Zippy, George and Bungle
2) I've actually slipped and fell on a banana skin
3) I have had the pleasure of having chemotherapy
4) I can do a pretty good Billy Connelly impression
5) My uncle is one of the chemists that developed the contraceptive pill
6) The radio 2 breakfast show (Derek Jameson) was broadcast from my school once and I was interviewed
7) I've fallen down a hole in the road whilst drunk and had to be pulled out
8 ) My mother was killed when I was 9.
9) I hate toes
10) I was thrown out of cubs after two weeks for not wanting to interact with the other children

1. I once gave Paula Radcliffe my last softmint
2. I once swore at Michael Palin in a car park
3. I used to have a crush on Emma Bunton
4. I used to think I'd marry Liono from the Thundercats
5. My record for drinking a bottle of Bacardi Breezer is 2.5 seconds
6. I can't touch any alocopops now after getting way to drunk on the above night
7. I'm scared of thunder storms
8. I stripped all the wallpaper off the dining room wall after seeing my dad do it in the living room, thinking I was being helpful.
9. At school I convinced everyone that Rolf Harris was my dad (that went on from year 4 at primary school, until I left secondary school)
10. I'm a qualified football referee

Oooo I've done that and although my girlfriend thought it was hilarious it was no laughing matter

1. I lived in spain for 2 years
2. I planted cress ceeds in my mums bedroom carpet while she was on holiday for a joke.
3. Im also a qualified Football Referee, which i did for 4 years.
4. During which time i refereed the final of the worlds biggest youth football tournament in norway, and at highbury (ex home of arsenal)
5. I have a 2 inch long scare on the bottom of my foot from jumping into fountains while drunk.
6. My mum is only 4ft 2" tall, im 6ft 1"
7. My little sister died 3 times when she 4!!
8. I was one of the first people in the country to play a ps3 (so i was told at a sony roadshow )
9. I have never lost a mobile phone!
10. I have been on The Bill

10 Intersesting things about me:

1. I've appeared in Eastenders, and I had to 'happy slap' Gary as part of one of the storylines.
2. I have an I.Q of 152 and I am a member of mensa
3. I currently own and run a website selling postage and packaging material and make about £20,000 a year from that. Anyone want to buy any boxes, just pm me!
4. I also work for the Daily Telegraph writing political stories aimed at a teenage audience, which is a regular feature on Saturday.
5. I have 7 brothers and sisters
6. And 35 cousins
7. My uncle is the British Ambasador in Germany.
8. I speak fluently in French, German, Turkish, Croation, Japanese and Mandarin.
9. I have been to 67 countries across the world (I would name them but I don't want to take up all the space!)
10. I have been awarded a special OBE just for children.

Okay, I made all that up!

Here are my truthfull honest 10!

1. I have different coloured eyes, no secret contact lenses e.t.c. One is brown and one is bluey/ green.
2. It is believed that I am related to Charles Dickens, but this is not 100% certain.
3. I love sport, especially Athletics and badminton.
4. My running club, Newham and Essex Beagles, who are highly succsessfull. Athletes who compete for my club are Mo Farah, Chris Tomlinson, Christine Ohorogu, oh and me! I'm no were near as good as them!
5. I love mac computers.
6. I'm predicted 2 A*s, 4 As and 2 Bs in my GCSEs which I am currently taking. I have already got a B in GCSE Statistics.
7.I live only 1/2 a mile from where the 2012 Olympics will be.
8. My favourite TV Programs are Soccer AM, Top Gear, Eastenders, any Football, Hustle and Peep Show, I can't wait to see Magicians with Mitchell and Web in it tonight! I might post a review.
9. It is my birthday tomorrow, yes pretty much all my presents are magic.
10. I do not believe in Communism!

You guys are setting the bar pretty high! Multiple deaths, sex changes, peeing on Bill Murray (did he make a hilariously droll comment or did he just punch you?!)

Here goes:
1. Along with my family (although I don't often have time these days), one of my hobbies is re-enacting the English Civil War.
2. I got lost on a Welsh mountain when I was 12.
3. I learnt to ride the unicycle pretty quickly but never learnt to juggle.
4. I too almost copped it choking on a tough piece of meat at scout camp.
5. At school I fancied a girl who's Dad was in the Iranian mafia.
6. I also find it hard to drink whiskey after a night at my friend's house which ended in me inviting a local cat into my house, and rummaging in our fine china cupboard for a saucer for some milk... it *had* to be a saucer...
7. For a while I kept madagascan hissing cockroaches as pets.
8. I love going to the dentist, or having my reflexes or pulse taken, or any sort of non-painful (and non-invasive!) examination.
9. I know I talk about this all the time, but - I've ridden round West Bengal on a Royal Enfield Bullet (after just one day of motorbike training).

...and, as a magically orientated aside from that:
10. I have been to the shop of, and talked to, Sam Dalal; the maker of most of your nail writers, arm choppers, cups and balls, children's painted props and change bags and the writer of the Swami/Mantra magazines.
