Does anybody know what Paul Harris is up to these days? I haven't heard anything about him a long time.

He's still around. I talked with Daniel Garcia a few months ago and they were working on some projects.

The June issure of Magic Magazine has a HUGE article on him by friend Eric Mead. Apparently he is currently a mountain man, living in a run-down cabin in the woods. He4 hasn't been doing much magic, but he is working on the Art Of Astonishment 9 DVDs this year. I am definitely buying Art of Astonishment in book form at the CAM Convention in 2 weeks!

OOO yes and he has besically given up magic. He will still be on the DVDs of course, though, but as far as I know he just doesn't do it except to test new routines he has thought up.

Stinks when a legendary magician all of a sudden disappears from the magic scene... almost like he's dead.

That's a nice thing to say  . Give the man a little bit of respect.

I dont see anything wrong that line, It stinks when a legendry magician I think thats a bit of respect right there. And yeah it is like he is dead.

I am master of misdirection, look over there.

We are not falling out young Welshy, we are debating, I think farlsy is an idiot he thinks I am one. We are just talking about who is the bigger idiot.

I'm just saying respect the man's wishes for wanting to get out of magic somewhat. It can be a hard occupation and he's pretty old. Paul Daniels doesn't do much in magic anymore, either. Don't call them dead, call them tired.
