Does This Exist?

Postby Bananachek » Jul 12th, '07, 06:35

So I'm sitting here at the computer looking at my arm, when I notice that I have a lot of scratches and blister marks all over the place. Gross, I know. But that's not the point of this post. I was thinking, how could would it be if I could just rub my finger over the scrape, and have it magically heal. Then I wondered, could that be an idea for a trick? It seems like there's something out there similar to this. And if not, there should be.

Yes, this type of thing exists. there are actually many techniques, one of them having you cut open a section of your arm and instantly re-healing it.

You wouldn't happen to know any of the names of these effects would you?

Yeah I just looked it up, and it appears to be pretty decent. Perhaps a little too graphic though. It seems like it'd be hard to keep spectators around long enough to watch it all.

Regardless, do you know if they can examine your arm before and after the effect? To me, it seems just like make-up and fake blood (Sorry if this is exposure) But either way, it looks like something I might be interested in. Thoughts anyone?
