LOL Seige... What I mean is that most of the effects are totally new concepts except for Out Taced and Tic-Tac'd, which are mew methods but not new concepts.

What you mean, what 'YOU' meant? Did you write the review yourself? Hmmmm...

Hmm, to me it sounds like changing the lyrics slightly to a song and claiming it as your own. The Oasis of magic?

I am worried about this forum becoming www.talkkras.com

I wish you all the luck with your projects Michael, and am pleased that Canadian law allows someone under 16 to sign lucrative publishing contracts (as you claim) which wouldn't happen here in the UK.
You unblinkered confidence and belligerent self-publicity are admirable.

Certainly the write-ups and reviews on VasMagic site don't seem to be in accord with ID's review of it
.. an honest and thorough one...
as requested in the first post of this thread. If everything has been revised, revamped and pictures etc added it will be different from the one ID reviewed but also different from the one used for the review quoted on the selling site. All of which makes me very uneasy about seeing any recommendations from anyone posted here on TM until the final version is done, sold and reviewed again. Until then there is no real point in arguing whether it's good or not - nobody actually knows for sure and, as the old saying has it, self praise is no recommendation. Or something like that...

Anyone have any objections if we just lock this for the time being? Friday 13th, not a good date to argue.....

I still want to discuss things. I don't wish to be a bad person you are saying I am.

I apologize Seige, I thought the quote was mine, but it was of Brian Miller. I didn't realize, and people here obviously jumped to conclusions and now look: I am hated again.

Why do you have to make hate messgaes so cryptic? I am merely excited about finally having a hit product and for some reason everyone is grilling me for my first big accomplishment. Why?

I agree this thread should be locked. And so should your tantrums Michael.
No one hates you, you ask for honest advice and don't like it when it matches the wonderful reviews in your very vivid imagination.

It seems you are looking for love and acceptance rather than respect for your manuscripts. Join a youth club or something and make some chums and in a couple of years show us your effects. Think about them.

Discuss is fine but this wasn't a discussion in the end and that's not what we want to see here. We'll wait until the commercial version is actually finished and return to the topic. In the meantime, I'm sure there are lots of other magcal things to discuss so let's crack on.....

Mike

Don't get upset.

You're being grilled because you released a *very early BETA* of your product for review.

You should have had the product tested, reviewed, criticised BEFORE bringing it to the public and asking for comments.

You are, unfortunately, your own worst enemy.

I suggest you FINISH the project and let people review the FINAL article.

As Mandrake points out, the reviews so far—whether good or bad—are not true reflections on the quality of the final product.
