I have not read a single Potter book nor have I seen a single one of the movies...

However, it made Ms. Rowling a billionaire (yes, billionaire) when she was previously a struggling house wife...

The story of Potter isn't particularly new, but the detail that she put into the story is simply amazing. Obviously, you cannot take away this fact simply because she has managed to go from an average income person to billionaire in a decade. That's pretty damn impressive by anyone's standard.

More power to her and Potter! :P

Mike.

So I'm not the only one then. Whatever floats your boat, I guess.

Sorry to burst the bubble but there's already a Harry Potter thread at http://www.talkmagic.co.uk/ftopic19892.php - please add to it rather than start new ones - thanks!
