Well, you're a pretty smart guy, my friend! Tried your suggestions of ironing and using the 'transparency' setting, and it looks....not half bad!! I'm anxious to try it with another printer, but for the present you've given me something I can work with (applying Demitri's 'touch up' suggestions).

When you are putting it on .. (gotta be careful what im revealing) Make sure its a brand new note. and it should go on better without the ink spreading badly. then after you can crinkle the note up a bit to make it look used. it should look like the real thing if it prints correctly

That's a good suggestion. While it seems obvious to use a new bill and then crinkle it up I actually hadn't thought of that.
