ah the mighty joe walsh...James Gang live album is superb...

and surprisingly, the Eagles reunion tour dvd is stunning too...he's still got that voice and the riffs...

and i have an original 7" of Funk 49 in my draw at work for some reason!

i thought Crash Landing, War Heroes and even the live Band of Gypsies albums were cracking...

i found out he originally wanted Stephen Stills in the Experience...that would of been superb...in fact, the first solo Stills album has hendrix on one track...

best hendrix album then? axis bold as love for the finesse, and i've always been very fond of the opening of House is Burning (down, down) from 'Lectric Ladyland...
