My wallet always has colour monte in it, with normal playing cards. IT's such a great effect because it is so pure - after the final revelation, there's always a beat or two before someone either asks to pick up the cards or just helps themselves. In the spectator's eyes they've seen an awesome transposition with no extra or 'funny' cards. Brilliant.

Just to add, if I'm in someone's house and they have a deck of cards available I'll perform the two-card monte and John Bannon's Degrees of Freedom from his book Dear Mr Fantasy. I think the main attraction to Degrees of Freedom is that not even I believe that it works! Again, brilliant.

If you don't own anything by John Bannon, go buy a book of his. Today.

I usually, but not always, have a Stealth Assassin, which holds the bits I need for Illuminati and a recent addition, the Magicard. I will normally have a pen and small notepad as well. That's as much for me to write reminders on as anything!

I also carry half of what I need to perform an effect of my own devising in my wallet, although I only carry the rest of it if I think I am going to perform.

Naturally, I have also got recourse to things that don't require any props (or any from me).

cards, pk ring, and not a TT at the mo because i've lost my favourite one.
although saying that the van i was working in today broke down and i was stuck for 2 hours waiting for the AA and i thought 'i know i'll get my cards out' then 'damn no cards' first time i've gone out without any cards AND without a book to read in ages, typical!

A deck of card with one gaff Joker in the box, two elastic bands around the box and a TT.

Kinda stupid... but i always carry notes round with me...

I prefer money magic, where you can get people in places like cafe's, resturants etc.

But, i always go into my local shops, and buy things and just perform it infront of the cashier... and they look amazed :)

I always carry the "ability" to do the self-tying shoelace. It's the perfect icebreaker. Eventually someone will walk by and say, "Hey, your shoe is untied." I also always have my "bite-out" quarter (and a real duplicate with the same year), a pull, and a deck of bikes.

My panther goes with me, inside the wallet is sanctum, kioku and Between the Lines.

A TT and a deck of cards. Thats enough for plenty plenty.

Nowadays my Relic is worn naturally as a piece of my jewellery as is my púk. And thats about it really.

My haunted key is always on my keyring. It's the sort of thing I keep forgetting I always carry!

A stack of business cards and a pen. Occasionally my impression pad, if I think I'm going to put on an informal show.
