Poker deal type routines

For example Lennart's Poker Deal on Green Magic 2. Routines where you deal some number of poker hands and they are all good hands, each better than the rest (e.g. full house > four of a kind > straight flush > royal flush).

I've never actually performed a routine like this before, I was just wondering whether making one mistake in say the 4th hand in a 5-hand poker deal would make the effect stronger or weaker? Personally I think if all the hands are just right it makes the effect seem just a little bit too perfect, whereas one small mistake suggests that you are doing something very difficult and it's so hard that even you make a mistake now and then.

as a poker demo i reckon its fine to be spot on, especially if it fits your displayable skill-set and character...

I use the routine that's on the Thirteen DVD and it's always received great reactions. Very simple to perform too.

It's not really an optical illusion - it just looks like one!

I use the 242 Deal, that appeared in Magic Magazine and is now on the Talk About Tricks DVD Set. It is basically self working and KILLER!
