Best Place to Buy Bikes in America

Postby donkeylord » Aug 23rd, '07, 00:54

Where do you guys buy your bikes (I'm talking about a large amount) because I don't want to keep buying single packs as I'm sure there are places (such as walmart) that sell a ton of bikes for cheap. If anyone knows of a good store (southern california near santa barbra) or a website I would appreciate it.

I am from Canada but buy all my bikes buy the dozen "aka: brick" from Costco stores in the US...they end up being about a dollar a deck and the cheapest yet highly accessible place to buy them....everytime I or someone I know goes south of the border I have them bring me a couple of dozen....do you have a costco in your area?

ellusionist does have great stuff, but you can find just plain old bikes waaayy cheaper if you buy from somewhere other than a magic supply shop

Went to costco the other day. $13.00 for twelve decks. What a steal!

Yes I always buy my bikes from Costco. They even come in that very cool dispenser.

the special decks from Ellusionist seem pretty neat tho-- I especially like the "aged" deck. That would seem appropriate for creepy/arcane stuff.

I wish there was a Cosco's in my area, since we refuse to give the heirs of Sam Walton any more buying power

Still, buying in bulk helps!
