Hello from NYC

Hi everyone,

I'm NYC-based, mostly check out the Cafe, but I've been reading the reviews here for some time and finally decided to register. I work in film/media, did magic as a hobby and semi-professionally as a kid, and recently picked it up as a hobbyist again after a long break. Mostly interested in cards and a bit of mentalism -- particularly effects that feel new in their thinking.

Welcome.....been to NYC and it is a fantasitc city. You a hockey fan? A couple of buddies of mine used to play for the Islanders.....
