Just spoken to them. The discount will not show up at any stage in the ordering process. Alakazam will apply the discount manually at their end once they receive the order. Even though it appears you are being charged full price, don't worry, you are not. They said they will update their website to state this.

Hope this helps anyone who may have been confused like me.
