Greg Morlands - Rubber Band Magic

Postby bananafish » Nov 16th, '07, 10:04

Does anyone have Yusef Nouri's Rubber Band Magic Dvds? or heard anything about them? If nothing else I wouldn't mind just a list of the effects taught...

Well...

No.

I've even queried 2 dealer catalogues, and nothing for Yusef Nouri.

Aside from Harlands, the only other 'DVDs' (plural) rubber band set is Greg Moreland's set.

Which I can quite happily give you a list of effects for, as there is one on my shelf ;)

I have no idea how that happened. It seems that Yusef Nouri was the person that reviewed the Greg Morland Rubber Band Magic dvds (although he didnt say much!), so in fact it is the Greg Morlands I am asking about.

I feel a little bit embarrassed now - but yes - a list of the Morland effects would be nice. Thanks

Greg Moreland's Rubber Band Magic

Content:
Anti-gravity ring
Crazy Man's handcuff
Aerial penetration
Linking bands
2 bands to1
Band through thumb
Band through neck
Bitten and restored banned
Snapped and restored band
Band up nose
Jumping rubber band
Shooting penetration
Guardian challenge
Passe pasee bands
Different colour linking band
Band thru middle finger
Back on finger challenge
Travelling strand
Travelling bill
Jumping paper clip
Reverso-banded deck
The great escape

(Sorry, had to touch type those from the cover... )

I've had this since last year, and as I recall, it's quite good. Being honest, I can't remember much about it, but as an 'all in one place' cyclopedia of band magic, it seems comprehensive. If you like, I'll give it a watch later and 'review' it...?

yes, this is a very good dvd in my opinion - he teaches the effects very well and shows you them performed in a live situation so you can see how they work out - one dvd covers performances and the other dvd focuses on the explantions.

I would put a reivew up but it says i need to be a moderator to post in the reviews forum. I wanted to review CIVIL aswell but ditto
