At last i get to hang someone. About time too ,if you people pass muster you get to learn about the TM meet wich is a bit like the magic circle where you get a little badge etc. If you dont we will shun you like beard shuns beer.

You will learn why I hate everything and everyone including magic. You will probably be called a lefty too.

Also you may get to look at the "art" pictures I have of Lady of Mystery on my phone.

I am master of misdirection, look over there.

We are not falling out young Welshy, we are debating, I think farlsy is an idiot he thinks I am one. We are just talking about who is the bigger idiot.

Bad news team, I'm not going to be able to make it up this weekend, probably not til the end of March actually. As some of you know I'm off for a week of being terribly middle class (skiing) mid March and before then my workload of, well, work, is looking very heavy. So heavy in fact that I'm going to have to work at the weekend.

This sort of thing brings me out in a rash but there's no helping it I'm afraid.

One comrade in arms may have faltered but BY GUM we shall go on.

I say due to the fact mental and monkey may be arriving later on in the day and the fact that Dini and I, if we were to be drinking alone on a man date, would be absolutely hammered I say we arrive slightly later than usual.

Say 3-4 pm?

Also we have not heard any definites from new members wishing to be graced by the great leaders.

So 3pm / Lyceum / upstairs?

One day I may just turn up. Or sit in the corner and observe like a stalker.

Either way, it's probably better I don't turn as I'm horrendous company, an over-dressed show-off and drop names more than Christopher Biggins.

Does this pub allow chimps? Most venues are very simianist, I find. Charlie does a mean side-steal.

Is there room for a newbie at this meet 2mrw?
I don't normally work in the West End but tomorrow, as synchronicity would dictate, I am working in Charing Cross in a shop you might know.. called Davenports :D
The shop shuts at 4.30 so that's when I would be be able to join you.. assuming you're not already hassling me and Phil in the shop.
Oh and please.. if you are visiting the shop later in the day, please don't come up to the counter and ask to see something "really good and visual" as by about 3pm I will no doubt start to loose the plot (if today is anything to go by) and that sort of statement really gets on my nerves.
They come in and ask ("they" being the "annoying-customers":
"have you got anything new that is really visual, examinable, can be done without a table, self working and I can do at a party tomorrow night so I have no time to practice?".
I am dying to respond with "are you sure you don't want to consider something really c*** (not the best), totally unexaminable, using complex sleight of hand that you won't master in 5 years? Most people do!" but Betty would kill me, I fear.
I'm standing in for the regular people who have been syphoned off up to Blackpool.
And I don't know everything in the catalogue. So bear with me. Or ask Phil (he's the younger and smarter one  ).
Ok? :)
