Hi,
I've been searching for a copy of Darwin Ortiz' "Strong Magic" (haven't been able to find one anywhere!), Anyway, I've finally come across a copy on this site: http://www.world-of-magic.co.uk. Now before I go to buy from here, I was wandering if any of you have bought from this site before, and is it to be reccommended?

Yeah, I have, quite a while ago. Had no problems with them at all. Their website has made it into my list of favourites and I generally check them out when I'm after anything. Their prices seem pretty cheap at times.

I've ordered from them a few times, they're not the quickest to deliver but other than that they've always been fine.

Thanks guys. (and lady obviously) I'm going to go ahead and order strong magic from them. Primarily because it's seems to pretty elusive, or is out of stock when I go looking for it. And the general consesnus seems to be that although they take a bit of time to arrive, there's no real problem with them. Cheers.

Assuming they can get the stock, and they aren't away for, say, Blackpool (got caught like that two years running), they generally get the orders out within two days of receipt. There may be an extra delay with the Easter weekend coming up.

I'd say that they are about as good as any other dealer with whom I've done mail order business. The main pros are a very wide selection of stuff, often including things other dealers don't stock, and competetive prices (although they are not always cheapest). The main downsides are the slight delay in despatch, and the fact that it is now almost impossible to get through on the phone (and the pre-recorded message sounds very brusque).
