That was what happened with mine. By the time it was decent enough to have people in, it was too nice to have a housewarming!

Congratulations, Lawrence. It's nice to have your own place.

So does this mean you can make it to the leeds meet next week and reclaim your title as most dedicated attendee?

Also - am I included as the Leeds lot?

All the best,

Crumbs, nice one mate!

Me n the missus are lusting after houses but with me as the only significant earner and houses round here going for 150k minimum that leaves me with the happy option of either getting out a loan of five times what I earn or waiting for a couple of years 'til she qualifies and can pay her way.

It's not right I tells ya, to make things worse all my sister had to do was get married and watch her husband put down a hundred grand leaving them with a titchy mortgage, and she still bloody moans, grrrrrrrr.

Rant over and good luck Larry.
