Bad Luck emails

Postby Sophie » Apr 24th, '08, 10:28

Yesterday someone sent me a very long email telling me if I sent it on to all the people they mentioned id get so many years of good luck. If I deleted it though Id get bad luck. For each email sent was a year of good luck.
I sent it to trash, not something Id usually do and now I feel really ill. Have anyothers got similar emails and if so what do you think of them.

Thanks.
Sophie.

what do you think of them

Being very blunt indeed, they're just a complete pile of poo and as far as I'm concerned they can all be trashed in safety  .

I always delete them, I get really wound up by those sorts of things. I think I've got a nice email from a friend about somthing interesting and it turns out to be one of those.

I've got my fairies to keep me safe from all that negative energy anyway :D

Those things are a load of c*** (not the best) and are just modern day chain letters. I actually reply to my mates asking what they are doing sending them things to me so I don't really get them anymore.

I don't want to sound bitter about them but the thought of some muppet sitting at a computer making these things up annoys me. Surely they could direct their efforts are something more worthwhile..... like getting a life.

Can anybody please help me? I'm having terrible problems controlling my streetmagic- I can't walk down a street without turning into a pub.

The strange thing is I usually really read these things, but yesterday I had so much to do I just got rid of it and I think now because I feel sick im thinking...maybe I shouldnt.
I know it sounds stupid! And if I didnt feel quite like this I would think it was just a bug or something.
It had these huge smily faces on it too. as if it was a nice email or something.

These things work through your own belief, if you believe that you'll get bad luck, then eveything that happens, you atribute it to the email. The same works the other way, pass it on and believe you're going to be lucky, you'll quite often find that you are, but only because you're noticeing all the good things and be thinking 'wow that email really works'.

The next 10 people who respond to this thread will have good luck!
the 11th person will need to turn in a circle 5 times and they will also have good luck.
anyone else needs to run round hugging everyone to get some luck.

Seriously I delete them all.. and I am not a particularly unlucky person!

I used to get chain letters through the post. I've ALWAYS ripped them up and I seem to be blessed!

These emails are just a waste of time and I always delete them. If you want to forward them onto me, I will delete them for you! Bring it on...

nexus_sheep@yahoo.co.uk

This reminds me of a joke text I received recently (edited to omit swearing):

Send this text to 10 friends and you will get...

F all! That's right - f all!

It really works. I sent this to 10 of my friends and I received f all. So go ahead - send this on and you will also get f all!

It's also amazing the number of people who fall for virus hoax emails. There used to be a great one about a virus that would put your microprocessor into such a tight loop, it'd actually break it
