I know that this topic has been touched upon by other threads - but my query is specific to Jay Sankey's products.

I regularly use his Nailed! effect and In a Flash.

My In a Flash deck is now almost at an end (the new squiggle one - so I can't make one up myself) and my Nailed! is just battered! The 'card' plastic wallet is trashed beyond use.

Now when Mr Sankey first re-launched his site earlier this year he had a re-fills section where you could buy just these items (and many other from his effects. Items that would eventually wear out - but he's since dropped this). I've emailed him a few times but have had no response. I think it's a real shame to make people buy the full set with the instructional DVDs again - it's just a waste of money. I love these effects and will miss performing them, but I'm not prepared to buy the full versions again and have 2 duplicate DVDs.

If you are in a similar situation with other Sankey products - perhaps you could also email him - that way he might appreciate the high demand (which I'm sure there is) for re-fills of his products.

Any thoughts on this issue? Am I being unreasonable? - Should I just fork out the cash and buy them anyway??

I'm a little surprised by this since I emailed him just after/during the redesign regarding the absence of the "member program" they had running and received an extremely quick reply.

I'd say give it another go and let us know. If you don't hear back I'd be willing to send a simliar email since it seems to be a pretty logical request.
