David Roth

In keeping with my new meanderings into coin magic (i feel like a pretty good card magician but starting on coins its like im recovering from some sort of neurological problem) i found two pieces of inspiration

1) Michael Jays sticky (awsome really and truly)

2)This clip of David roth on Letterman http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LpBgDffoCqA

Letterman seems to be a bit of a pillock but Mr roth is smooth as a silk merchants silk pyjamas

Seriously though have a look its good

yeah - david roth is the top bod for coins...

letterman was a tool...as if often the case when american chat shows have magic type people on them..i think its cos they want to be the centre of attention all the bleedin' time...

i like our jonathan ross alot, but even he does it, and becomes too competitive...

back off chat-show hosts!

I'd love to admire that performance but whilst struggling with a Bobo Switch I think I'll just bitterly curse the big show-off! :D

The fact that Letterman had David Roth on says a lot about David Roth. He has a reputation for not being a friend of magicians. Unlike the the late Johny Carson.

Whilst old Rothy is technically excellent doesn't anyone else find him as dull as dishwater?

I think you are not being fair to dishwater there Bronzy.

He maybe technically the best I've ever seen but I've seen more personailty in the MFI spring collection.

What do you mean technically the best you've ever seen? You have met me right? I think when it comes to entirely boring and alienating an audience with pointlessly hard coin tricks I'm the true master.
