I'm freelance and Col is retired, so the days are all the same around our place.

The only way I can tell the day of the week is that the postman doesn't come on Sundays. Or else by counting back from the last time I put the bins out. Thank God for the day/date display on Sky.

I like Saturdays because on Saturdays I usually drive a few hundred miles to get to a gig, spend the evening doing magic or doing readings or some combination of both, get paid a couple of hundred quid, drive back up the motorways, stop off at a McDonalds drive thru, get home, heat up my burger in the microwave, eat it, check my emails, and fall into bed. Lurvely.

i agree with lomster, you did say a day of the week...a week has 7 days...

if i said to someone i'll meet you under that tree in exactly one week's time...i wouldnt turn up in 5 days would i...

anyway - saturdays for me, start it with a bacon sarnie, strong black coffee, sky sports news...catch up on what i've bought magic wise, sort my evening out then a bit of xbox 360...bit of reading/shopping/afternoon napping...then whatevers been planned for the evening...

if we're talking the "working week" , then fridays...

Sunday for me, we like to stay in bed until about 12 is we can:-)

But if you would like a week day it would have to be Hump Day (Wednesday)

has anybody noticed how tuesday is the only pointless day of the week?

Monday=first working day
Tuesday=pointless
Wednesday-mid-week at work
Thursday=work late to enable you to...
Friday=...be able to get off work early
Saturday=start of weekend
Sunday=end of weekend/prep for monday

It's true!

Love

Chris
