I wouldn't call him a moron. I would call him a kid. That is all he was.
And kids will be kids.

all kids are morons.. its in their blood.. Im just glad he wasn't in the 'chav' band.. I think his obsession with magic has kind of done him good.. if onlyhe would fall OUT of love with Jay Sankey!!

Most kids act moronic. However young Michael was a polite moron who respected his elders. I feel obliged to defend him since he is not able to defend himself.

I think he should be left alone. Enough is enough.

i must remind you all that the holy psychic reverend lewis took great delight in telling us all when Kras got his one-man parade thing in a magic mag - purely because he knew it would cause many a seizure in some people on here...

there's a post worth searching out...i cannot be bothered...

Something like this? http://www.talkmagic.co.uk/ftopic18947-15-0-asc-.php

So I have an information habit. It's not a problem. I can stop whenever I want... I bet.

Sadly, I rather respect Krass

"I want to do magic...but I don't want to be referred to as a magician." - A layman chatting to me about magic.

I'm totally with Mark on this one (now that's not something that happens often). Michael was a kid, a very enthusiastic kid. In some ways it was very refreshing to see someone with that love of magic, it's not something that we see often so was such a shame to see him treated as he was.

I know that he could be a pain but kids can be like that, he was eager and wanted to learn. Doesn't anyone remember what it was like to be that age and have a dream, something that you wanted so much more than anything else? Well for him, magic is his dream and I for one wish him all the best with it.

Can we change the subject, Please!?
To something that was equally funny but less irritating?

You have to be careful mocking the young. It could come back to haunt us one day. Young Michael may grow up to be a Las Vegas star or he might have a television special. Or even if he doesn't he could become a billionaire corporate executive or a nobel prize winner. Irritating kids are often the ones who make it big in later life.

For example it would be highly amusing if in a few years time he became a big talent agent. Some of you might be begging for a job from him then.

Or he becomes an eminent surgeon who could save your life.

As the old saying goes, "Be careful how you treat people on the way up, because you might meet them on the way down"

Not so much a particular post but the general mistyped ones are the ones which amuse me. Things like, 'I always carry a deck of cars in my pocket' - Bl**dy big pocket!!

I was trying to find an old thread by an ex-member named Gary3911 which made a lot of people angry at the time, but might have proved funny now.

Unfortunately (maybe) all trace of Gary3911 and his posts appear to have vanished completely, so I'm afraid I can't show it to you all!
