I would like to say something again
I have just read through everything in the rules and welcome part (which im sorry I know I should have done before I posted, just me being so eager to tell you all about my experience) but I read about the no selling of tricks etc rule and want to say that the websites I have gave are purely so you can find out about Matt Edwards seen as though most of you dont know about him (which I didnt expect but there we go lol) and are not for any financial or personal gain to me or Matt. the site does not even sell anything and I dont appreciate the fact some try to get me to sound bad and selfish on here when all I posted for was to get in touch with others who have a love of magic.
I thought I should post this to clear up the reason I posted Matt's and the HOI site adress and to point out it was for our enjoyment and interest only.

That is quite the annoying site. Maybe it's me but I really hate stuff like that on a website, it doesn't look professional.

Barton: Have you read the Bible, Pete?
Pete: Holy Bible?
Barton: Yeah.
Pete: Yeah, I think so. Anyway, I've heard about it.

I clicked on the link just to see what you are talking about and I certainly have to agree. All that twinkling not only detracts from any professionalism it is just a pain to read, so I didn't.

I like the idea of this whole life actually being a dream I'm having whilst in a coma. One day I will wake up on New Year's Eve 1899 in my country mansion. A servant girl will be in my bedroom doing a spot of cleaning. When I sit up in bed she will scream, drop the vase of flowers she is carrying, and run out of the room. Seconds later my wife will run into the room shouting, "Children! Come quickly! Your father is awake!" At which a pair of voices will come running up the stairs "Papa!" they will shout. "Papa!"

After much hugging and kissing, I will climb out of bed unsteadily. I will get dressed and carefully make my way downstairs into the living room where a roaring log fire will greet me. Presently a horse drawn carriage will deliver the local doctor to my door. "Well I'll be blown!" he'll exclaim as he sees me sitting by the fire. "It's a miracle!"

Once my happy family have been shoo-ed out of the living room and I get the doctor on his own, I will say, "George old man, how many years have I known you? Ten? Fifteen? Well, trust me when I say to you that I have just had the weirdest bloody dream that any human being has ever dreamed." The doctor will look at me with a quizical look. "And," I will continue, "I think I may have just invented something rather wonderful called 'the Internet'."

See? You are all just characters in my dream. When I wake up you will blink out of existance.

That's actually a plot line from an old Twilight Zone. Or was it Outer Limits?

Goodnight from Threadhijackers'R'us.
