anybody know where I can get cards with symbols (e.g. 4S) on all four corners? this would make life easier for all us left handed card fanners.

Other than using Bridge sized card which has all 4 corners but are thinner, I don't know the bicycle do cards for lefties.

Quite a few cheap card manufacturers use all four sides. John Lewis's cards for example, but they are nowhere near as good quality as Bikes so you would be making a large sacrifce.

I started a thread a short while ago with left-handedness in general in mind.

It seems that magic cares not for our sort.

If you can adapt yourself, there shouldn't be too many things you need to learn in a right handed fashion, so you should still be okay.
The important thing is to make it look natural. So if you're switching hand positions to get right handed control, do it with reason.

You can get decent poker sized cards with all 4 indices from WHSmiths.

Actually they are a nice card and cost about £2.50 - £3.00, and are just as good as bikes

I find the cards a bit too...well Card. They don't seem to have the flexibiltiy of Bikes which feels slightly limiting to me.

Nah, the ones I'm on about are not 'card' cards, but are really good quality just like bikes!

You can get Bikes with indices in all four corners and I'd recomend calling Clive at the Card Collection to find out which ones.

I know that their PokerPeek cards have this but there is a trade off in that the centre pips and pictures on the face tend to be framed

I have to agree with Wild Card (3 posts tonight all agreeing with Wild Card - what's going on, I'm not stalking I promise) these cards are not bad but they're not as good as Bikes in my opinion. I'm a lefty - stick with Bikes and learn to live with our sad lefty existence would be my advice.

I'm left handed and I've never really had a problem with playing cards. Just learn to fan the other way round; that's what I did. If I'm holding the cards in my right hand I fan clockwise from the wrist to the thumb, but I prefer to just pop the deck into the left hand and fan like a rightie does.

As soon as I learned that Bill Malone was left handed I figured there's no excuses, hehe!!

I am also left-handed and never had problems handling a deck of cards. I'll either adapt the move or sleight so I can perform it left-handed, or simply just do it right-handed. I'm sleightly ambidextrous, don't you know.

Loadsa lefties on here no? I'm right handed meself, but did you know that left handed people are naturally more creative, imaginative and intuitive than right handed folk? At least that's what palmistry lore dictates. And I'm sure you would all agree!

Self-confirming bias much?
