Why does 'Revealed' seem to be more enticing than 'Performed'? I want to post an angry message here, but besides all of the commercial s**t involved in exposing other magicians' WORK, I get very annoyed with this kind of behaviour and the creeps that fill that plane, because it interrupts my bl***y 'FLOW' when I am performing. "I saw that on you Tube", and ," Yeah, yeah, I can see what you did there", or, "Oh,I know what you're going to do/ I know this one", - about effects that I have devised, etc., that nobody has seen.
These people are a pain, because they are attention seeking, and although my act has never been completely disrupted, and I know how to control all situations, the world of magic would be better without them. They slow you down, as you have to deal with them, which moves the focus about, and without going into too much detail, which I feel would be casting pearl before swine, they affect the atmosphere in the wrong way.
I'm afraid that the only exposure that you will get from me, is my a**e!
Thank you for upholding the 'Geeky' reputation of magic for us. We are forever indebted to you. Before any posts from you, I am stating, in advance, that at no point will I, do I, or should I apologise for any of the above words, thoughts and views.
