Hot compared to what would be expected around Christmastime! And it was one of the warm bits of 2007, not the non-summer just past.

Being dislocated in time is very, er, dislocating. Not as bad as when I fell asleep after a transatlantic flight, and woke up in the wee small hours with no idea which side of the ocean I was on.

Count me in Rob, and can I bagsie a place on your couch? Good idea meeting at the train station, I know my way around Manchester like a goldfish knows the atlantic.

Is Vinny coming? I wanna see his triple threat in action.

Of course you can come! its open to all people of all levels and its a great way of meeting other magicians, asking questions and seeing other effects in action.

Also Tom, you can have a space on the sofa/floor/airbed etc - I have 2 more spaces realistically but i'll be kicking you all out by 1 PM on Sunday if that's not too rude?

I'm working on Vinny at the moment but I hope to drag him out!

So Station sports bar to start off with!

You can add me to the list aswell.
Also I might take advantage of your offer to stay at your's, although I know the way back home from there, so I might just stumble home, we'll see how it goes.

A few of us are usually stumbling home at about 11pm after being magic'd out, but you don't have to stay that late :)

Magic Meeting

Postby ku7uk » Dec 11th, '08, 20:21

I'd be intrested in attending and meeting others.

I have several kids christmas parties during the day though and won't be free until about 9pm. Will anyone still be about and where will you be?

Maybe a contact number to call you with your wearabouts would be useful?

Steve

As long as it's warm, I'm sound as a round pound.

Great, cheers Rob. Manchester Piccadilly is it? Never taken the train there before! Looks like it's only £11 return.

YOu can take my number if you want, just send a PM

Also Picc Station yes, the bar is upstairs, there are two and its not the balcony bar.

There are also about 5 trains an hour from Leeds so quite easy to get there and back from.
