Cheers! Other than it generally being better to pass than to fail, this year was very important (to me) because if I failed it would mean I couldn't go on my elective, so I'd have to revise for the next 8 weeks, take the test again (with a maximum D grade, although I only got a C anyway...!) and then start revising for finals immediately. This way, I get to naff off to a foreign land for 10 weeks, woo. Girlfriend not so chuffed as it means I'm leaving her on her own for 2 1/2 months...

Also, I'm P&F today because I upgraded my phone (nothing that special, the new Samsung, but a couple of decent features) whilst downgrading my tariff, so I'm paying a tenner less. Don't use the extra minutes anyway.

And! I've almost got the Diagonal Palm Shift down perfectly, which I'm SUPER excited about as it just has so many amazing possibilities!

Sounds like an excellent reason, if any is needed, for a celebration of the aLcoholic, yet responsible, kind .....

Pink and Fluffy because the olympics are on. :D

Barton: Have you read the Bible, Pete?
Pete: Holy Bible?
Barton: Yeah.
Pete: Yeah, I think so. Anyway, I've heard about it.

I agree with that. The olympics are the greatest event on earth!

Not sure why they have a gender divide on archery though (I mean all they have to do is aim)

so totally pink and fluffy because I've got the house to myself as Dave's gone up to London to see the start of the rugby season and I'm off to the hair dressers and then a girly night out tonight.

Very Pink & Fluffy today - I found out my foundation school allocation for August, and it's here in West Yorkshire which was my first choice.

Big relief as it means I don't have to panic about housing (I'd optimistically signed the contract on this house for another year already!), I won't be moving away from friends and more importantly the girlfriend, and I'll be in hospitals that I am at least vaguely familiar with.

Now I've got to apply for jobs, but as the foundation school have accepted me, frankly I don't give a monkeys what I end up doing. It's only for 2 years anyway, I can then apply to whatever I like, and I'm not interested in most of the highly competitive stuff anyway.

It's all coming up Farlsborough :D

Pink And Fluffy today because I had a very satisfying nightshift at work. Smoke, real flames, carrying woman out of burning house, and a little flashover rolling overhead and blowing the windows out.... Then back in time for bread 'n' butter pudding and a cuppa tea in the wee small hours. May even partake of a small shandy later...
