I couldn't help but laugh when Jay Sankey looked him square in the eyes and asked, 'are you retarded?'.

In theory, that should be a total no-no, but somehow I can just imagine magicians in living rooms across the globe punching the air and cheering.

If I may be so bold, the young ladies are usually rather top notch. Very easy on the eye.

oh don't you start, Dave's always going on about the blonde with the short skirt who's usually in the front row somewhere.

I don't have any complaints with them myself. ;)

As for Mr. Cooke: if he's the guy I'm thinking of, the producers probably couldn't resist someone who hamms it up like that guy, and I think the mullet/70's mustache only serves to make his persona even funnier.

Ha ha ha. I would love to see that. Would be worth buying the DVD just to watch that part. First came across him in one of the Osterlind DVD's and have built up an irrational hatred since.
As for the ladies, there's one in the Banachek DVD's with the most amazing....ummmmm, well, I'll stop there i think...Mmmmmmm

It's on the Best of Jay Sankey (vol 1, I think).

But that particular routine was also culled for L&L's World Greatest Finger Ring Magic DVD.
