How many Talk Magic forum members are going to this? It would be nice to meet up there and put some faces to some of ther odd names.

I'll be there and will more than happy to meet up.

I would like to apologise to all forum members for the delay in sending out tickets, this is due to the sad loss of my Mother over the weekend.

All members who sent request for forum badges should now have received them by email. If any have failed to arrive, please advise me. Any members who have not yet applied, there is still time to send in your request.

To all members who have purchased tickets to the Southern England Magic Convention we have noticed that many have stated that they would like to meet at the convention, and in view of this, we have decided to organise the following:
Any member of Talk Magic/ Magic Bunny can if they wish, send their user name and the four digit number on the front of their convention ticket to collins.magic@virgin.net from this information you will receive by email, a special lapel label noting that you are a member of the forum, with your user name. These labels can then be printed out to wear at the convention. These will act as a pass for a meeting area that we are currently setting up at the Lakeside Complex for the members of the two forums.
All details of the meeting area and arrangements for Forum members will be put on the forums one week prior to the convention.
Only forum members who have the necessary printed label, & serial number matched to the computer system will be allowed in this area.
I personally look forward to meeting you all.

Not too far away actually and at most around an hour. Cross country to the M1 and then across Luton,

I might pop down some time as I used to work a few doors along from the Sun Hotel and used to drink in there occasionally at lunch times

The plane landed safely & J.C.Sum & Babe Ning are now on there way to the hotel where they will be staying, in the lead up to the Southern England Magic Convention.

Collin has just phoned me, & I had a brief "Chat" with the three of them on the hands free in the car!!!!!!

So excited now considering all the incredible problems that had been encountered regarding the Convention, one day the truth will out, but for now we are just really looking forward to a TRULY FANTASTIC CONVENTION!!!!

In the meantime - are there any timings for the lectures and stuff yet? The website still says "timings confirmed later". I especially hope to catch Paul Gordon so want to plan my day accordingly. Ta!
