last month i ordered Annemann's PMM from Alakazam and it was on back order. I waited a while and when it didnt arrive i called Alakzam (and bear in mind this was just after Blackpool so i bet they were rushed off their feet). They asked me to wait until 21 days after it was posted (which i did) and when it still hadnt arrived they sent me another one straight away which i received yesterday.

When my order from Magic Tricks went astray recently, Charlotte Marie was very efficient in arranging a refund. (I would've been happy with a replacement, but alas, they no longer stock the item I ordered). Magic is a very much a niche market compared to what I call "mainstream" businesses, so I think it's even more important than normal that they look after their customers. Most magic dealers I've had dealings with are pretty good in that respect.

By the way, that's a cracking book you've got yourself there. But then pretty much anything by Annemann is at least worth a read.
