I'm sticking with the original and I would have thought that if you had handling problems with V1 then you're just as likely to still have them with the upgrade.

The newer edition won't solve handling problems - practice will.

Not Necessarily :!:

Agree - practice makes perfect. I would also say if you are happy with V1 (As you obviously are) then V2 although subtle may not enhance your enjoyment of what is a well thought out trick

I known David Penn for some time now as some other TM members do. I was fortunate to have had some in-depth discussions with David prior to the release of Coinvexed and the upgrade so I know what is involved.

I would agree with your response of 'not necessarily' but for the vast majority this is probability. It's a common factor with just about every trick that handling problems can usually be ironed out through good old fashioned practice and I have seen that you agree with this anyway.

I've personally not gone for the upgrade at the moment because for me I don't see any enhancement, but that's a personal choice. As you say, it's a great routine and others may get much more from the upgrade than they got from the original in terms of how they work with Coinvexed.

I wouldn't advise against buying it (David wouldn't speak to me again  ) but what I would advise is to look at any handling problem that you may have and try to work it through, irrespetive of what trick it happens to be.

personally I find CV2 to be much cleaner and also the pocket management is vastly simplified! I have no regrets about upgrading.

Good question - But you need coinvexed 1 and 2 ......not 2 and 2

Two sharpies would look a bit suspicious lol
About as suspicious as 2 handfulls of coins after the coins have been selected.

The way I perform it, most of the time the coins in my hand are not seen so neither would 2 sharpies.

Hardly exposure. Lets not be so sensitive. If we are here is because we love our art and from I have seen in my short time here, contributors are not short of knowledge and experience.

What happens when the Sharpie runs out of ink? Can it be replaced?

Postby naicols1971 » Apr 25th, '09, 10:43

Send a PM to Gochos The Greek, he runs World Magic Shop who manufacture Coinvexed and he'll be able to give you all the details.

Bear with him a little longer, he won't have had a lot of time to view and respond to messages over the weekend.
