Also could it be used in conjunction with Extractor for an alternative card to wallet routine?

Isn't that one that requires the card to be folded? I can't see the sense in that. Great, the wallet's a sensible, billfold size, but you can't just slip the card in.

Why were you thinking of this wallet, rather than the Jerry O'Connell billfold, or the 'Real Man's Wallet'?

It looks almost identical to the JOL one, which is very easy to use (and no folding required).
