I remember playing this back in 2003 in my ICT class. Whilst the sub teacher was out doing something, the whole class was attempting to get the highest score. I spent a good 15 mins on paint perfecting a "fake" screenshot and with a score of something ridiculous like 99999244122

That's like Trauma Centre on the Wii, just without the cool animé characters.

I suggest the mildly epic Karoshi Suicide games. Yes, you play a badly drawn man committing suicide (it is better played than described).
