Never mind it wont let me post the file type so if you email me I can send you videos of various routines. They are performance only and not demonsrations, so far I have done

just curious but what file type are you trying to post?

The file types are .MOV files and it will not let me post them so i am trying to find a way to make them smalller and different files.

Try this program to convert your .mov to .wmv

IMToo MPEG Encoder

(By the way, .wmv is the best format to use for video files on this forum.)

The program is free to try, but it will only convert the first 5 minutes of video. If you have files longer than 5 minutes it's worth the $30 to use all the features.

try using windows movie maker , should come as a standard on windows xp service pack 2 :wink:
