Am I missing something here?

I log into TalkMagic but can't sell anything on the auction section until I put my log in details in again. It then tells me my log in is invalid (even though I just used it!).

It also says I have to register for auction separately but when I click on this link I just get the new user registration form which, if I fill it in, tells me I already exist!

Any help?
