I Know this has been discussed before, but does anybody know anyone that does card printing on bicycle stock other than CardMaker? (as he couldn't help me on a large order)

Surely Card Shark is the person to ask? He's a member of this forum, but have a look here: http://www.card-shark.de/index.cfm?page=30&lang=en

You're welcome. Christian's work is very good and, while I've not placed any custom orders with him, I think you might have luck getting your cards there.

Just give him a call. His numbers on his site.

I'd guess he's been ridiculously busy with his Phoenix Deck Project.
