Mindbender

Postby danielworland » Jan 4th, '10, 21:11

:( i recently brought mindbender by Anthony b.c.(i dont know why  ) and its c*** (not the best)! the camera quality is rubbish and so is the teaching.

first Brad Cristian goes on about how its done, and why you should not reveal the effect on the internet ... Blah...Blah....Blah.
then he hands over to a magician i dont think anyone has ever heard of,who is sitting in a dimly lit room teaching you various of tips all of which are sh*t.

its slow, boring and dissapointing, stay clear of this one chaps.

I've performed it numerous times and always got good reactions. Have you gone out and performed it before judging?

IMHO this is the best product on the E website.. The reactions are simply phenomenal and there is no possible explanation in the lay people's minds. I think it would be unfair if you're asking people to stay away from it just because the video quality is low..

is this the chad sandbourn dvd? the spoon bend? if so...its great..chad's a very well respected (and talented) guy...

and if you think its rubbish, yet you've gotten good reactions with it - then surely that should tell you something?

No it's the card bend on the back of the hand, really nice effect. Haven't done it in ages as it's just not my thing at min but I used to love it. I might have to break it out again.

Ellusionist is more about making money that it is about making good magic.

We all learn this eventually

It's not really an optical illusion - it just looks like one!

Is there a juicy story here? Or just one about you being disappointed in Ellusionist products?

I have to admit to having bought some Ellusionist DVD's and with the exception of their Ambitious Card one - spelled Ambitiouxs - I've generally been disappointed with the content.

I'm as vertain as I can be that I'd not buy another.
