Practice and experience will eliminate nerves for the most part. However I'm sure you've heard that before.

Have you tried breathing exercise before you perform? If everything is planned out and there is nothing to do but wait before you perform then control and focus on your breathing. It will take your mind off of things that could possibly go wrong and could potentially eliminate nerves.

Barton: Have you read the Bible, Pete?
Pete: Holy Bible?
Barton: Yeah.
Pete: Yeah, I think so. Anyway, I've heard about it.

It's a bit difficult to eliminate hand shake. The muscles that control your hands and fingers are designed for precise movements. When your limbic brain (the part that plays the largest role in expression of non-verbal behaviour) is aroused and you are stressed or nervous, you get surges of hormones like adrenaline and that can cause your hands to shake.

So if you're nervous they'll shake, and if you're excited about a new effect or to be performing again, they'll shake then too.

I'd see it as just a hurdle to get over again, which I'm sure you will by keeping on keeping on.
