Derren Brown's ENIGMA

Postby Beardy » Feb 11th, '10, 13:54

Hey guys. Went to see this last night, and I saw it the last tour as well.

Can I just say that this tour is so much better - he has really ironed out the kinks, and the main issue with his finale as been "solved" as well.

He has changed a few methods, and made it much cleaner. In my opinion, this is now a potential rival for his best live stage show, whereas before I believed it to be his worst.

So anybody who hasn't seen it yet, I would recomend it, and anybody who saw it last tour, it wouldn;t be a waste of money to see it again!

The fact that I got called upon to help out made it a good laugh as well. Needless to say he kept banging on about my being a sex pest from the random words that I said when asked to say random words!

Love

Chris

How did he see your finale....? Did you give him a quick, after-show sneak peak, using his stage? (if not, you should have!)

I saw the show in Oxford last year and it was excellent. On that basis seeing it again this year, as I am, ought to be utterly gobsmacking!

I seem to remember that one of the theatres selling the first tickets for last year's tour was The Lowry oop North, Manchester way.

It was - I couldn't get tickets at all for the Lowry show!

And this run of the Enigma show has 3 or 4 nights in Sunderland.....

How far North do you want it? :)
