D'mico spread

Postby morrowsean » Feb 16th, '10, 13:23

Hi, I'm currently learning "the homing card trick" off of Vol.1-Malone meets Marlo Dvd set. There is a phase in the routine where you do a D'mico spread turnover to apparently show just two face up cards, when infact you are holding 3 cards, one double and one single. I am struggling with the D'mico spread, often giving it away that there is more than just two cards. Is there any other way I could show two cards and keep third hidden just like in D'mico Spread?

Instead of looking for an alternative move, i would suggest sticking with the d'mico spread, as nothing is going to look quite as good. Watch the video again, Bill suggests separating the hands, so if the double isn't quite aligned, you can square it up in the hand. Also try different amounts of pressure as you spread the double, i find pressing fairly hard works for me.
