This video is packaged with everything needed to mark you own deck of cards. The video is very cheezy and Boris is a little unrefined in his public speaking skills but the effects on the video are pretty good.

The video goes in to detail in how to mark cards and also a few pointers on his memorized deck which is just a system of arranging cards so that you know the placement of each card in the deck. For example the 11th card would be the 4 of spades. The effect shown that you can do with the memorized deck is pretty good but unrepeatable do to the cards neeeding to be in acertain order.

I find that the illusions that you could do with a marked deck are pretty convincing but you need to be careful that you do not over do an effect by making it look too amazing because people will immediately suspect a marked deck.

The marking system is very obvious for those who know. Extremely difficult for those who don't to figure it out.

All in all the video is good, I don't think it is worth the $30. However a marked deck is a very nice deck to have in your arsenal. I use a stripper deck that is marked and I can do at least an hour of very good magic without switching out a deck.

I like the idea of marking a Stripper Deck, I don't know about you though, but I find there are a lot of [people out there that know how a Stripper Deck works... Very Frustrating!

A marked stripper deck is called a deland deck, I think. I got one from E-Bay. What I got is also a rising card deck.
