The brilliant Chris Morris is back with
Four Lions - a comedy about (wait for it) Islamic extremism!

They previewed a clip on the Guardian website a while ago that was reassuringly good. This project has been talked about for so long you end up getting that sinking feeling that it will be rubbish when it finally appears, but this does look promising.

Yeah, I know what you mean. I hope it's as good as Brasseye on "Cake".

I've been rewatching these c/o the boyf. I love the way that Morris' invented slang always seems to be heavily middle-class.

My favourite bit 'Cake is a made up drug.'
Also did anyone get his radio show 'Blue Jam'? Strange stuff could give you nightmares.
Invoke not reason. In the end it is too small a deity.

I used to go to sleep to that because it had soothing ambient music, but then I'd half-wake to hear a woman talking about how she always knew that she was a real woman, but with the genitals of a duck... and weirder stuff too... I decided it probably wasn't doing a great deal for my mental wellbeing!
