just booked into The Strand Palace...bit pricey, but nice and local...

£138 for two nights for some place near monument, 1.6 miles away...this was a little more...

That takes me back. I used to practically live in the Strand Palace when I had to work in That London. Sounds like a good deal.

i may take the afternoon off and go out galavanting... :)

Pinewood studios.. and as far as i know, all the tickets are allocated.
