The page for the ripper seance book, is completely screwed up. you have white lines all over the page, and to read what it says, you have to highlight it.

see mail. :)

Yeah, it's all working fine for Firefox and Chrome, but the jack the Ripper page is just thick white lines on IE. Hmm. Any ideas? Very odd...

Im not.. Not here anyways. :)

and i would suspect that anybody who has complained, isnt on firefox either.

It looks like something is different on that one page, because it's the only one that has the error.

Judging by the source code of the page... you've used a user-friendly design tool. Word or similar? I personally find it easier to troubleshoot pages that use CSS rather than containing lots of inline formatting as this does.

Using CSS for layout and formatting would allow you to redesign very quickly too. Too late now though :)

Sorry I can't be more help.

Well the website is one of those cheapo Streamline jobbies. It does the job that I need it to, or at least it did up until this afternoon!

I've mailed the help desk at Streamline. No word back yet though. Probably lunchtime.

Remove all instances of "background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);" from the code for that page and try it.

Paul, it's the last 255, 255, 255 in the paragraph I quoted above that's causing the white text background. Just tried it on IE6 and it works perfectly if you alter this tag.
