I have also fallen into this with magic mart I have ordered and paid over 3 weeks ago now and still havnt recieved my goods I have also tried to contact them on a few occasions but have not had a reply also a friend of mine has also ordered from there and still hasnt recieved his goods too

I would not recommend this company and I will be contacting watchdog soon

Just to give an update on my situation with MagicMart.

I've still yet to receive the goods or a refund. In light of this, I've been seeking to retrieve my money through my credit card company and through a company called Nochex who provide the online payment solution to MagicMart. I've heard today that Nochex are no longer providing this service to MagicMart, and you will see if you visit the MagicMart website that it is down for maintenance.

Obviously I'm still hoping to recover my money through the credit card company, but thought this might be useful information (should anymore be needed!) to anybody tempted to buy from these cowboys.

I have also had a no show and no communication from Magic mart for a trick I ordered. I have also contacted Nochex and they have advised me that they are no longer providing the service like Goldenboy has said

I am in discussion with my bank to claim back my money.
I too have been on the website and it says it's down for maintenance.

I won't be attempting to buy anything from magicmart again and I certainly won't be recommending any one to be using magic mart ever.

Good news, I've managed to claim the money back from my credit card company!

Still no contact from MagicMart, let's hope the "down for maintenance" message is a permanent feature!
