An ESP deck will be enough for entertaining at a party. A good ten fifteen minutes can be filled easily without getting tedious. If you do want to add something new maybe look at adapting one of your current tricks. If you have a hands off ESP trick maybe add a blind fold in. Research the background of the research and make the tricks you've got more impressive.

As has been said you don't have time to learn anything major by Sunday, so stick with what you know. But I do second the recommendation for hidden in plain sight if you wish to add the marked cards at a later date.

I think you need to slow down and just learn. Pick up a decent book, read through it, take your time with it and learn the basics.
